During the scanning of my daughter's PC with ClamWin this message keeps on coming (among the others which seem ok):

LIBCLAMAV Error Failed to create File C:document ... etc.

What may it mean? That the scanning for viruses is not successful?

I would like to eliminate a Trojan Horse that AVG antivirus has identified but is not able to heal, and so I tried with ClamWin.

What shall I do?

these messages are harmless, they will be removed on next release

thank you, Sherpya, for your help. The problem remains about the Trojan horse notice. As soon as the notice reappears I'll note down its exact name and I'll ask the forum again for specific information to eliminate it, since neither ClamWin nor AVG is apparently able to eliminate it.
