I found out through a virus scan that I have 2 infected files. MY options are set to remove to quarantine folder and it is also set to unload from computer b/c when my mouse was on it it says"Select if you wish to unload from memory so they can be quarantined or removed." When I went to my quarantine folder it says that the folder is empty. There is however 2 clamwin shortcuts now in my recycle bin that I didn't put there. Are these infected files gone now or if not where did they go. Sorry to be such a pain thanks again.

by default clamwin is configured to report only, you need to set it to quarantine in the General tab in Preferences window.
