I'm scanning my computer and it detect's virusses, My question is: Does it remove the virusses also?

no - by default clamwin detects only, you need to remove them manually after analysing the scan report

You should configure ClamWin preferences to put viruses/malware it finds in the quarantine folder. I always like to upload the quarantined items to Virustotal at https://www.virustotal.com/en/virustotalf.html. Virustotal checks them for free with multiple scanners. If a couple of other scanners find a virus also, you can safely delete the item(s) from quarantine. If no other scanners find anything, you can leave it in quarantine or delete it. You could also wait and try Virustotal again in a few hours just in case the virus was a new one that no one else had a signature for the first time you tried it. If it was a false positive, you can report it to the ClamAV people at https://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi.
