After running on my system, Clam AV always reports 11 infected files, but when I look through the list, all of them are test files of Clam itself. How can I prevent such false alarms?

Well these test files are meant to be detected as a virus. You can set up a filter to skip the files, delete them, or just ignore the virus alerts.
