ClamWin isn't set up for disinfecting any malware it finds. The Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool (MSRT) is set up to disinfect a subset of particularly bad/prevalent malware, and it is free, although it is probably a couple of months behind the current malware. What about an option in ClamWin to run the MSRT to try to clean up any malware it finds if the MSRT is on the user's computer?
