I would like to know the command line to run a manual scan so I can script it using Kaseya. Thanks!

run "clamscan --help" from command line
it will show you all command line options

If I run clamscan --quiet I get the msg
"LiBClamAV Error: cli_loaddb(): No supported database files found in . ERROR: unable to open file or directory."

I don't see a .cvd or .db file in clamwin fodler

there is a command line option to specify where your database is.
you can view your path in Preferences>File Locations

freshclam.exe has --help option too
--datadir=DIRECTORY is probably the command you need

but if you run all time from command line - then probably the better choice is to use sherpya's binaries, without the python gui from clamwin: https://oss.netfarm.it/clamav/

I see the help and I see the manual but there are some differences and errors.

I'm running: freshclam --quiet --datadir="c:\documents and settings\all users\.clamwin\db" --config-file="program files\clamwin\bin\clamwin.conf"

but I get parse error at line 1: unknown option and can't parse the config file

clamwin.conf is configuration file for clamwin, not for freshclam.
also the location you choose pointing to default config file.
actual clamwin config file is located here:
"c:\documents and settings\USERPROFILE\application data\.clamwin\clamwin.conf"
try it, but I doubt you will have success with it too.
you need freshclam.conf, try sherpya's binaries, they are the same which clamwin uses, but without gui and dedicated to command line usage only.
