ok i have a trojan dropper agent.df on my computer and bitdefender detects it and i want to know if claim win free can detect it and delete it safely???and if not how to delete this virus from my computer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!help pleasse

clamwin should detect it but it doesn't have the removal facility

ok so how do i manually delete the infected files from my computer because i am confused rite now

First, make sure any anti-malware software you are using (anti-virus, anti-spyware, etc.) has been updated to current status and try it again. It might also be useful to see if you can learn something about the Trojan from the Web. Antivirus sites used to tell what malware they found did--the files it created, etc.

If that doesn't give you any ideas/help, I suggest you try to Restore your system to some time prior to the infection by the Trojanf you are on Windows XP. If that doesn't work for you, I suggest you go to the Kaspersky Web site and get an on-line virus scan there. If that's no help, try the online scan at another antivirus Web site--maybe McAfee. Finally, if you don't have an anti-spyware program like the free Ad Aware program, get it and run it. If nothing helps, get an IT person to help you.
