Thank all the hard working folks who created Clam. I just installed Clamwin.
I could not find on the Forum or Google if the program scans
1) Master Boot sector
2) Boot sector of each hard drive or logical drive
3) Memory
If it does, what action can Clam take?

1 and 2 ) ages from the last virus that infect master boot and boot sectors (and I doubt clamav db has such signatures)
3) new release already has a memory scan option, if you want to test the beta you can choice to request the beta testers membership on this forum
