i have the above viruses keep appearing, how to remove them entirely ?

locate the infected files in the scan report and delete them in Windows Explorer.

You could go to one of the free antivirus vendor Web sites and run an online scan there. Try Kaspersky or Mcafee or one of the other large vendors. Some of them have free removal tools/instructions for removing specific viruses if you have identified them.
