I need help installing java on my windows 10. Every time I try to install Java or open it, I get a pop-up from the antivirus, I don't know why this pop is coming, I have downloaded Java from the official site itself, so it cannot contain any malware for sure. The pop-up I am getting is - This may contain potential risk. I don't understand why. Also tried installing it by turning off the AV by following all the steps <a>https://www.scaler.com/topics/java/how-to-install-java-in-windows-10/</a>, it will get installed but is not opening. AV is creating some sort of problems. If somebody else is facing this issue, please let me know if you guys have found any solution to this.

These forums are devoted to the use of ClamWin antivirus. It sounds like you may be using another AV. If that is the case, you need to go elsewhere for help.
ClamWin will not interfere with any program upon installation, as it is not a real-time scanner--it only scans on-demand when you tell it to or when you have scheduled a scan. It can detect viruses when it scans. Sometimes it falsely detects something. If that is the case, upload a copy of the falsely-detected file to Clam AV at https://www.clamav.net/contact on the web.
Regards,
