Sorry if it sounds harsh, but we have very limited resources here and all of them are dedicated to ClamWin. If you want to distribute ClamWin with your (or someone else's product) you need to do do it yourself (or pay someone to do that) and satisfy the following requirements:
1) if your product constitutes a derivative work based on GPL code then your product must be GPL as well
2) comply with GPL for re-distribution
3) observe trademarks and copyrights
