Evidently there are not as many ClamWin users as there used to be. There is no current development of ClamWin as far as I know. The developers are only passing through the Clam AV changes that can be accommodated in Windows without extensive modification. They were able to use the Clam AV Yara detection capability in version .99.1. Let's see what happens with verson .99.3, which is now in beta over at Clam AV.
To support ClamWin/Windows version of Clam, you might go over to https://blog.clamav.net/ and take the survey--be sure to mention that you are a Windows user, and maybe Clam AV will provide some features for Windows--such as real-time scanning, web filters, APT protection, heuristics for Windows files, etc.
