Have that feeling, that the setting Clam Win Limit "Do Not Scan Files Larger -500- Megabytes"
is ignored.

Are you talking about scheduled scans or individual file scans? I know that the extensions to scan are ignored when scanning an individual file. It might be that the file size is also ignored then. If this is not the case, then it might be that the Windows scan code ported over from Clam AV Linux is overriding the limits set by the ClamWin developers.

tried both - manual (folder) and scheduled (folder) and files larger than the limit always get scanned.

Okay. Maybe the developers can do something about it for the next version (don't know when that will be--it depends upon Clam AV).
