update clamwin/denied permission

Hello, I am very new to clamwin and I need Help!! Embarassed I just downloaded clamwin and I can not update database. "Warning Can't download Daily" appears thur intire update.
If I run a scan, permission denied is the entire scan..... Does this have anything to do with administrative permission? If so, how do I give clamwin permission to access my files?

Uninstall ClamWin and then when you are ready to install it again, right click on the file and tick "run as administrator". Let us know how this goes.
