The ClamWin quarantine folder will most likely be in either:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\.clamwin folder or C:\Users\All Users\.clamwin folder Have you checked these locations to see if they are there? Alternatively, you can also go into your ClamWin install directory and located a file called "QRecovery.exe". This will allow you to manage the quarantine. |

Make sure you have enabled to view hidden files/folders in Control Panel,Fiolders, View.
It is sometimes tough to remove an existing virus infection. I suggest you use Malwarebytes Free--enable rootkit detection. If that doesn't work, Use Dr. Web Cureit and Kaspersky TDSSkiller. Thanks for using ClamWin. The Clam Sentinel add-on to ClamWin enables you to view ClamWin quarantine folder. Regards, |
