I want to use clam av engine to my antivirus can anyone help me something about it... also give any site where I will know something more about it.

The sourcecode for ClamAV can be found on their website. This website is for ClamWin, the windows version of ClamAV with a GUI added.
Why don't you just help out ClamAV instead? ClamAV can use some help and when you help ClamAV, you will automatically be helping other engines that run the clam engine (like ClamWin, ClamTK, ClamXAV, Amiti, GPM Clam, Immunet, etc)

Why don't you ask ClamAV and see if they need someone to work on Windows coding for them? ClamAV is cross-platform, meaning it will run on all systems (Windows, Mac, Linux, BSD, etc).
If not, then you can use Clam engine for your own anti-virus. You will need to go to their site if you need any help on it.
