All,
Are multiple instances of the clamtray process aware of each other?
I'm using SBS2003 where there may be up to 3 sessions (2 TS and 1 local) running. Clamtray starts in each. I've scheduled some jos, and I wonder if the jobs get repeated by each instance (causing 3 scans to be running at the same time), or whether clamtray is smart enough to only run from one instance.

please try and see. it uses a synchronisation object (mutex) to prevent multiple instances from running and it should be global, however I never tried.
