Every time I open the first time unto either MSN or Opera I have in the url box (www dot znoo dot net) put this way so no one clicks on it
I have tried all different ways to remove it going to uninstall etc its not in the control panel uninstall I have run a few malware/spyware programs and
virus programs its still there. I can delete it and put whatever I want in for that time but as soon as I close the browser the next time its back
up there again. Its mostly in a foreign language I believe Turkey.
On msn I have changed the home page to something else its shows as being changed yet this above dot net still shows up on the home page
If anyone has a way to remove this it would be appreciated

You might try going to your real home page and then go into your tools, internet options, and then set your home page to current (I use Internet Explorer), but maybe your browser has a similar option.
Other suggestions:
See if you can do a system restore back to a time before this started happening.
Did you do a scan with Malwarebytes Free Antimalware? It's pretty good--use the option to scan for rootkits just in case you have one, but you probably have a startup registry entry causing this problem.
Panda's free Cloud Cleaner (not the AV--get the cleaner) is pretty good at removing nuisance stuff. My money is on it to help you.
You can use Task Manger and explore each process listed to locate something you do not want running--then end the task and do a scan with an AV and see if you can delete a file then.
Go to the ClamWin antimalware links on the main ClamWin web page. Then follow the link to the Bleeping computer malware removal page(s). You can get help/information there. They have some junkware removal tools at https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/windows-repair-all-in-one/ on the web.
