I just upgraded to clamwin .98.4.1 and I am now getting the message the ordinal 262 could not be located in the dynamic link lib when i try to do anything with it...

What platform are you using ClamWin on?
You might try re-installing the new ClamWin version. If that doesn't work, then by all means revert back to the previous one that worked for you--until we can find out what the problem is.

just to update you. i have reinstalled it again and I still get the same errror i have also tried installing it on a win 2003 server and get the same error. However I have installed in on an XP P/C and it works fine. On the win 7 p/c and 2003 server i have reinstalled ver 98.1 and it is working fine again.

I'm glad you got it working again with the previous version. I have referenced this thread to the ClamWin developers, so I'm sure they will look into the problem. There is code in the new version that uses Open DNS, so that might cause the problem under certain configurations.
