I have started getting this warning in my scans:
realcleaner.exe Win.Worm.Agent-7411 FOUND
Is this a false positive?
How do we report false positives to the developers?

ClamWin uses the scanning engine and virus signature database provided by the Clam AV project. You should report all false positive detections to Clam AV for correction. Their web site is at https://www.clamav.net/lang/en/ on the web. Select the Report A File link. Then you will see 2 links--report a virus and report a false positive. Be sure to choose the correct one.
Lately I have noticed some false positives that are due to ClamWin using the older version .98.1 port from Clam AV instead of the latest version .98.4 one that has some additional features that the ClamWin port cannot process. Clam AV can not do anything about this--you will have to wait for ClamWin to release the up-do-date port. You can tell if a detection is due to this because ClamWin will detect the file on your computer but Clam AV will not detect anything when you scan the file online at Virus Total or Jotti.
If you are also using Clam Sentinel along with ClamWin, Clam AV can not do anything about falsely-detected "suspicious file" detections by Clam Sentinel--you will have to whitelist such files in Clam Sentinel to stop this.
Thank you for using ClamWin!
