I am keeping up-to-date with ClamAV latest news. They posted this today: https://www.clamav.net/lang/en/2014/07/09/compiling-openssl-for-windows/ This might help out Alch and Sherpya a bit. They might post up more information about OpenSSL and .98.5 these next few days/weeks. I'll post more news about ClamAV as they are delivered (maybe we should open a different topic for this?).

Thanks for the information, RRK. I passed it on to the developers. I do not think they will be pleased with separate builds for x32/x64.
You are right--we probably need a new subject for Open SSL.

I sent Andrea and the Clam Sentinel team non-PE signatures for PDF and javascript as they wanted (now they don't have to beg, borrow, or steal). It was a little under the limit they wanted. Hopefully they can make do. Lets hope for the best and wish them luck.
