An idea occurred to me for the forums. Since your recent merge with Virustotal, why not open a forum section called Virus samples and users can post up their submissions there with the Virustotal link of their sent file that way you can keep track of people sending samples to ClamWin.

You might recall that the ClamWin About screen mentions that ClamWin is not affiliated with Clam AV or Sourcefire--they probably need to add Cisco now since Cisco recently bought out Sourcefire. Since Clam AV is a free and open source AV, it allows anyone to use its source code (providing they keep it open source also), and ClamWin takes advantage of this for its AV engine/database. I believe Google bought Virus Total several months ago, so there is no affiliation with Virus Total by any of these organizations.
Most AVs make it easy to upload suspicious files via a link somewhere in their user menu. It is probably a good idea to add this feature to ClamWin at some point. Virus Total would be the better choice to upload to right now because Clam AV is presently better able to address samples from Virus Total than it is to address samples from users.
Regards,
