It is not really inside an AVG antivirus folder--just in a documents and settings folder that looks like it was installed with AVP perhaps. This is often done with something you download. You should verify all ClamWin detections by uploading them to the Jotti or Virus Total scanners. Look for detections by a couple of these AVs: Avira AntiVir, Bitdefender, Nod 32, Kaspersky, Sophos, Microsoft, Avast, and Fortinet. If it is a virus, it looks like it might be adware, which is not too bad--some AVs don't bother to get a signature for adware unless it is really disruptive or widespread. Even if it is not a virus, remember this: if you did not ask for it, you don't want it, so delete it!
