Hello! I'm always using my computer. My previous AV often gave me notification when my monitor perform high usage. I wonder if Clamwin AV have also performance monitoring?

No, ClamWin does not monitor any performance of your computer, but in the Advance Preference tab, you can set the scanner priority to low or normal. The default low setting will give you the best performance.
