See if you can scan the zip files from the GUI or the Windows explorer right context menu. If you can, then there is something wrong with your command line script.

i scaned the same zip file with the gui and the same problem is happens,(sorry for my bad english)

Your script is clamscan.exe --scan-archive --max-recursion=7 --database="C:\Program Files\ClamWin\db" --recursive c:/test . Try this: clamscan.exe --scan-archive --max-recursion=7 --database="C:\ProgramData\.ClamWin\db" --recursive c:/test . I think you have the wrong location for the database, and the dot before \clamwin\db is missing.

it is more comftable that the db will be in the same folder that the clam installation is.. anyway this is the same.. i used the debugigng tool and see that the zip file for examle is unzipe the file .
