Hello
It may be a falsepositive (virustotal 0/46), but i'm sure to be infected by something on many computers (xp and 7, files disapears randomly), and only one result for now:
Win.Trojan.Chiton-48 FOUND
c:\pf\Adobe\Reader9.0\Reader\LogTransport2.dll

I suggest you upload the file, if possible, to Jotti or Virus Total to verify that it is not a false positive. If it is a false positive, submit the file to Clam AV so they can fix their signature and exclude the file from your scans for about a week to give Clam AV time to fix it. If this is a righteous virus detection and you keep getting it, I suggest you do a scan on your machines with ClamWin in Windows Safe Mode. If that does not help, see if Malwarebytes Free can clean them up. Better yet--try the free Malwarebytes Antirootkit beta, which does both a rootkit scan and a system scan.
If malware gets past an AV, it can be hard to remove. ClamWin does not really do any cleaning--it just quarantines infected files. Registry entries and other traces can still remain.
Regards,
