Hello. I would like to ask permission to Re Distribute Clam Win With other Freeware/shareware/opensource programs [with permission of course] In a "package" that I will compile and Share for free.
I will Not claim Clam win as my own, modify the software in anyway or Its licenses. I will Distribute each software's license statement with the software inside the package.

I am not a ClamWin developer, so I can not give you a definitive answer. I ran this thread by them, but the primary developer is away until the end of May. In my opinion, if you abide by the GPL license requirements mentioned/referenced on the main ClamWin web page, you should not have any problems. The Portable App project distributes a modified version of ClamWin this way, and to my knowledge, there have been no problems with that. Also, look at the ClamWin Help, About page for some ideas.
