The Clam AV submission page is at https://www.clamav.net/lang/en/sendvirus/ on the web. There are 2 links when you get there. One link is for submitting false positive detections, and the other link is for submitting undetected viruses.
You will help all Clam AV and ClamWin users when you make a submission.

I do not know if this is normal or not.
When I submit a virus and when to carry a "Submit" it only shows me a warning saying that I should not submit more than two viruses per day because of the high number of viruses submitted after I click ok and it does not show me any confirmation it has undergone. Is it normal?
And then does nothing as I carry the button "Reset" and then he gets the page to "connecting" and not give out.
Is it normal?

Yes, the warning not to submit more than 2 viruses per day is normal. After you click the submit button, it may take some time for Clam to upload the sample, check to verify that it is detected by their scanner, and then get back to you. After submitting, go up to the top of the page, and you will see a message when all this has been done. It may take a minute or longer.
