The following article got my hopes up because it later states clamd.exe is not included with clamwin.
https://www.andornot.com/blog/post/How-to-set-up-ClamAV-as-a-Windows-Service-to-scan-file-streams-on-demand.aspx
The point of making clamwin a service, is to allow the scheduler to run while not logged in to the server. I tried tonight to run the scheduler while logged into the server....As soon as I logged out and back in, I noticed that clamWin was not taking up 20% of the processing in task manager and there was no other signs that the scheduler was scanning.
Any help in making ClamWin a service would be greatly appreciated.

This website has some info but not sure what to do exactly.

I might have an idea with this site.

Thanks for the information. I have referenced this post to the ClamWin developers to make sure they see it. They have never implemented clamd, but perhaps this will help them.
