all time scanning i am not able to get rid off from these virous

It looks like the viruses are not being quarantined, so you need to set ClamWin's infected file option to Quarantine. There are 3 choices: remove, delete, or report. Do not use remove--you may get a false positive detection and lose an important file. Quarantine is a safe choice because you are protected from deleting important files, and you can always restore them. You can delete the infected files from quarantine once a month or so via the ClamWin Quarantine browser program (Qrecover.exe).
