Enter ClamWin's preferences and change in "General" the setting of "Infected Files" from "Report" to "Remove".

After you scan/remove the virus, you might want to turn that option back to "Report" so as not to delete things too quickly.

Currently, there's no real time/command line parameter to do it.

Unfortunley, ClamWin doesn't repair files.

You have to either remove, move or rename the files.

The report gave you the locations and names of the files. Now it's up to you to decide what to do with the files.

If you are unsure, I recommend you to put them in the Quarantine-folder that comes with ClamWin. I'm pretty sure that the files located in the Quarantine-folder is undetected by ClamWin. Can alch or someone similar tell me if I'm correct or not?

If you haven't written down the infected files paths and names, they might be in any ClamWin-logfile. Or else, choose to Quarantine infected files in the Settings, and do a new scanning.

No files in the Quarantine-folder are still detected.
