Is this a false positive or not?: C:\Users\[private]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\WinUpdate.exe: Trojan.Agent-268447 FOUND
Note: I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits (SP1 and security updates Microsoft) also I am sure that my copy of Windows 7 is a legal copy and is not cracked in anyway.
Also I did not want to start another thread regarding this so: I also keep getting "Permission Denied" on some files I am presuming that they are files in use by the OS but I figure it is worth mentioning.

A scan on Jotti or Virus Total of any questionable file will give better results than a poll with regard to whether or not it is infected.
Most permissions denied are okay--especially if they are recurring. Malware has other ways to prevent you from even knowing it is running. A permission denied is pretty visible, and malware tries not to be visible.
