If there has been no change to the Chrome folder on your computer, then it is probably a false positive detection, and you should upload the file(s) to Clam AV via the Submit a File option on their main web page so they can correct their signature. Note that there is now a separate form for submitting false positives.
You can verify a file, of course, by uploading it to one of three online scanning services: Jotti, Virus Total, or VirScan. They are all good services that use multiple antivirus programs to scan your files. If it is a false positive, exclude the file(s) from ClamWin scans via Configure, Filters, Exclude Matching filenames for 2 or 3 days--Clam AV will probably have corrected their signature by then. Ran it through Jotti and only Clam AV reported a problem. Good call on those Scanning services.
