I also cannot go back to a previous state of the computer no bold date anymore.
waou, sorry but I would like to know... what to do....
thanks for your help.
The error message for clamwin and clamsentinel is clamsentinel/win is not a valid application

It looks like something has disabled ClamWin/Sentinel. See if you can get into Windows Safe Mode and run them. Hit F8 every second or so when you boot up and you should eventually get into Safe Mode. Once there, select Safe Mode with networking so you can update ClamWin. See if the ClamWin & Sentinel icons are working. If they are not, try to start ClamWin and then Sentinel via desktop icons or via their folders. If you can start them, update ClamWin to get the latest signatures and then do a scan with it.

If that doesn't work, download Malwarebytes' free antimalware program from https://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free on the web. Update it and then do a Quick Scan with it. You might also check out this thread at https://forums.clamwin.com/viewtopic.php?t=3376 on the ClamWin forum for more help. Also, check out the ClamWin Antimalware page.

Get back here with results.

It sounds like the virus was very entrenched on your computer. It is hard to get rid of a virus that has gained control of a computer. If you still need help, I suggest Malwarebytes and TDSSKiller. Maybe you can download from a "clean" computer and put on USB or CD. If not, try the rescue CD from F-Secure, Kaspersky, or Dr. Web. The rescue CDs have an antivirus with a version of a Linux boot OS, so Windows viruses can't hide from them--provided you update before a scan. You will need to run it on a a wired DSL connection--not wireless, in order to update.
