Let me add that you can use Clam Sentinel on a USB drive with ClamWin Portable. The Sentinel Simple Guide that is downloaded with the program explains how. You need to disable both ClamWin and Clam Sentinel on the computer, however, before you run them on the USB. You don't actually have to run ClamWin on the USB--Sentinel will find it if properly configured. You do have to run ClamWin occasionally to update the signatures.
