ClamWin will Report (recommended), Quarantine, or Remove (not recommended) viruses which it detects. The default infected file option is Report, but you can change it to Quarantine or Remove (not recommended) in the General Configuration tab. The Report Only option is recommended in case you have a "false positive" on a Windows system file. If that happens and you have ClamWin set to Quarantine or Remove, you may lose access to your Windows operating system. ClamWin will protect against this on Windows Vista and Windows 7 computers, but there is no protection for Windows false positives on Windows XP and older computers. So if you have an older computer, keep ClamWin set to Report, and verify all Windows directory detections by uploading the file to Jotti or Virus Total on the web.
If a file detected by ClamWin is not in the a Windows directory or subdirectory, it is okay to set ClamWin to Quarantine and then re-scan, and it will quarantine the file. Re-set ClamWin to Report when through.
If you think you have a virus that ClamWin does not detect, get the free antimalware program from Malwarebytes and run a Quick Scan. Malwarebytes does a good job of detecting and removing common malware.
ClamWin is not a real-time virus scanner--it is an on-demand scanner. If you are on the web a lot, you need a real-time scanner like Microsoft Security Essentials, Avira Antivir, or Alwil's Avast scanner. These are only for XP and newer computers, however. For older computers, or if you want to use ClamWin as a real-time scanner, get the Clam Sentinel program at https://sourceforge.net/projects/clamsentinel/ on the web and install it. Read the Simple Guide before installing it, and you need to have ClamWin installed before you install Sentinel.

Thanks for your kind reply but after that I have your message translated into Italian I did not understand well everything. I have ClamWin installed after the viruses had infected my computer. You advice to me Malwarebytes but I would like a house of a completely free software open source, this exists? Regards

There are not any very good open source computer security software programs for curing an existing infection. ClamWin is probably the best open source antivirus, but it cannot repair any damage done by a virus. It can only Report, Quarantine, or Remove files that contain a virus that matches one of its signatures. It also does not have as many antivirus signatures as commercial antivirus programs. No one works on it full time--it is developed and maintained by people in their spare time.
If you get an infection, it is more important to get a good doctor than to wait until you can find the perfect doctor. There are several good free versions of commercial antivirus programs that can cure damage from many viruses. I think Malwarebytes is the best AV for a virus infection, but the free commercial AV program AntiVir (from Avira), and the free commercial Avast AV program (from Alwil) are good.
A free Linux rescue disk can also find most Windows viruses--they cannot hide from an AV running under the Linux OS. I recommend the rescue disk from Bitdefender or F-Secure.

There are lots of things that can slow you down on the web, and the problem might not be caused by malware. I think that Security Essentials does a very good job of finding viruses. Do a manual update to make sure you have the latest definitions and then rescan. You might also install and run the free version of Malwarebytes' Antimalware as a second opinion.
If you find nothing, have you recently made any changes to your computer--new software maybe? That could explain things if it is also a heavy web user. I always disable Adobe's automatic Java update checker each time I download a new version.
You might try a little cleanup to see if that helps. Take a look at Programs under Control Panel and uninstall any programs that you don't need. Need more cleanup? Then try Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools. Run Diskcleanup and then Disk Fragmenter. When you are on the web, run Windows Task Manager and see what is using resources--that might help explain things.

This is due to files which are corrupt by the virus you need to install a new window or you can repair the window also...

It looks like you have a virus problem. There are different ways a phone/computer can become infected. Installing a reliable antivirus software is essential to be free from viruses and can protect your phone or computer from crushing. Knowing about viruses is really needed because the more people we can educate about stopping viruses, the fewer viruses we'll have to think about. Smartphones and smart phones fit our modern pace like a glove. Having access to the Internet at all times and all places seems almost necessary in this ever more technical world. Many have eschewed PCs and laptop computers altogether and use smart phones as their only means of accessing the Internet. But some say that we should use caution with the less-secure devices.
