ClamWin will not quarantine files that are Microsoft files it identified as viruses in error--false positive detections, in other words. This is most likely what has happened. It that is the case, at the end of the scan report there should be a notice about false positives. You should upload false positive files to Clam AV so they can correct the virus signature. If there are multiple false postive detections for the same file, you should only send one file to Clam.
If this is not the case, that is very strange, and I suggest you copy/paint the scan report section dealing with the detections and make another post here in which you paste the scan report. The ClamWin developers will be most interested in it. Regards, |
