Does you website or viruse can i submit viruse file to you? For example i have one viruse that anti-viruse can't kill it can i post that viruse here? for all of you to create remove tools for me?

You should send the file first to VIRUSTOTAL to see if other scanners find a virus. It is at:
https://www.virustotal.com/en/virustotalf.html

Then send the file to ClamAV (not ClamWin) at:
https://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi

VIRUSTOTAL and JOTTI have some differencies in scanning engines, but they both send the samples to developers of corresponding virus engine's databases.
