ClamWin can sometimes see hidden files that you cannot see. The Conficker/Kiddo/Downadup worm hides in folders like that.
Set ClamWin's infected files option to Quarantine and do another scan. It should put the infected file in Quarantine. Then check the Quarantine folder and run another scan. If the file was quarantined, the additional scan should not find anything. Finally, do a scan with Bitdefenders' online scan--scan the entire computer and just accept any other defaults.
Get back to us if you have any concerns afterwards.
Since ClamWin is only an on-demand AV scanner, you should be using a real-time scanner as your primary scanner. A real-time scanner can spot lots of malware before it gets on your computer. Good free scanners: Microsoft Security Essentials (easy to use), Avira's AntiVir (maybe the best but a little short on spyware protection), and Alwil's Avast (provides the most comprehensive protection--with complexity). ClamWin makes a good backup scanner that can scan on-demand for manual scans or scheduled scans. The Clam Sentinel project, unrelated to ClamWin, is a free, simple add-on to ClamWin that enables it to provide basic real-time scanning (use it with the free WinPatrol for extra protection). It is available at https://sourceforge.net/projects/clamsentinel/ on the web. ClamWin should be installed/configured befor using Sentinel.
Regards,
