sourceforge forbids some users.

Sourceforge forbids some countries like Syria, Iran, and Cuba to access.
They blogged about it https://sourceforge.net/blog/some-good-news-SourceForge-removes-blanket-blocking/ here saying that administrators can change those rules.
Please unblock it since ClamWin is a free application.
