Recently i was using McAfee and it got expired, Nowadays I am using Microsoft Security Essentials which i got it free from Microsoft, but the problem is I cant login with any free antivirus because my dialer doesnt let me to login until it find some license version of antivirus, can anyone tell me the best antivirus of 2010.. There are so many on net so it made me confused and drag me here to ask in the forum..

For the average user, I would recommend either of two AVs. You are using Microsoft Essential Security (MSE), which is the best standalone antivirus (good heuristics, low false positives), although you do need to have a licensed version of Windows to use it. If you are licensed, updates should be no problem.
If you want a full-featured AV, inlcuding Web filter, get the free version of Avast Antivirus. It's really good, but it will take much more memory/resources than MSE. You do not need a licensed version of Windows to use it.
An alternative is to use ClamWin with the Clam Sentinel real-time front end. When ClamWin version .96 comes out (February, I believe), it will have PE heuristics and will support better virus signatures. When they get the heurisics dialed-in and start preparing logical signatures, it should be a good stand-alone AV (no web filter though) with the Sentinel front end. I would use it with the free version of Malwarebytes Antimalware for extra protection.

I think kav is even better but both are not free even for home users
