Hello!

Why don't you have any forum for General Questions or something similar?

I'm trying to figure out where I should ask this question, but I have no clue where to ask it:

Where is the "Scan with ClamWin Free Antivirus"-string located in the registry? Or is it located anywhere else? I've searched my registry for this string without any success.

EDIT: Just to make it clear, I'm talking about the string that appears when right-clicking a file or folder.

EDIT 2: I also wonder, will the ClamWin icon (as it's in the tray) remain, or will it be changed when the logotype's changing? I really love the current ClamWin-icon (the one I see on tray, etc), and I really hope that it will not be replaced with the new logo.

"Scan with ClamWin Free Antivirus" isn in the expshell.dll, not in the registry.

As for the icon - it will change with the new version to match the new logo.

Icon: Well, I hope it gets pretty nicelooking atleast, the winning logo are by my own opinion pretty boring/ugly, but I'll hopefully get used to it. Maybe you could add a function in the settings which lets you switch between a few different tray icons, including the old logotype? Then everybody should be satisfied, independent of if they like the new logotype or not. Would be a pretty pleasant function. At least think about it.

I also liked the current tray logo, oh well !!!

This forum turned out to be say "General Discussion" and not quite website related, so I will move it to a separate category.

I wish the tray icon design was our biggest problem...
