I came into work this morning with a bunch of security warnings on the screen. They do not look like official "Windows" security warnings but they are close to it. System will not allow me to open anything. It seem like I've been hijacked. Any suggestions?

That file name is a Windows file--not a virus name. I suggest you do a scan in Safe Mode ((hit F8 repeatedly upon bootup and select regular safe mode--no networking). If that doesn't help, then download a copy of Malwarebytes' free antimalware program and do a Quick Scan with it. Next step is to download Microsoft's free Security Essentials program and run a quick scan with it. Next step is run an online scan with Eset's NOD32 program or Trend Micro's Housecall program. Next step is to download one of the CD Rescue Programs referenced on the ClamWin Antimalware page. Download the file and burn it to a CD as an ISO file (image file). Then boot up the CD and run a scan. It will run on a Linux operating system, and malware can't hide from it. Be sure to update the antivirus on the CD before you run the scan (wireless doesn't update very well). I like Dr. Web or Kaspersky's rescue program.
These steps range from easiest to hardest. Feel free to stop after any step if you think an infection has been cleared up. The ClamWin Antimalware page also lists some expert help if you need it.

Thanks GuitarBob. Turns out that my HR girl, here at work, opened some sort of "executable" file that installed some fake AV program. It wouldn't allow me to do anything, open programs, run virus scans, or open internet. So, I logged off Windows and logged in under another user name. I was then able to restore Windows to the previous day. All is well now......

Well, I'm glad you got it fixed. The fake AV stuff was rampant in 2009. Some experts have predicted they may have had their heyday (I hope). I wish ClamWin had a real-time scanner, but it doesn't yet--it might have caught it. Try Microsoft Security Essentials--it's really pretty good, it's free, it's small, it scans real-time, and it handles malware and spyware.
