I have developed clamwin antivirus base on source codes provided, compilation successful and setup file created using inno setup. once i click on the setup installation icon its install the software completely

But i'm facing problems here :

1. once i click on the short cut icon on the desktop it doesn't load the application

I not able to configure it....Please guide

It is nearly impossible to help you based on this description. You need to debug it by inserting messageboxes or similar debug methods in the application logic and see where it fails.
