Would anyone know of over the counter products that i can purchase to remove skin tags?

I don't believe any online scanner will scan a file as large as 100 MB. That's a very large file. For something that large, I would scan with my regular antivirus and a backup. ClamWin or Dr. Web's free Cureit are good backups. Neither scans in real-time and you can just download Cureit to your desktop. Two or three AVs is probably enough for most people--provided they don't use the same signature database--like F-Secure/Kaspersky and Asquared/Ikarus.
