It appears or rather I assume that clamwin is detecting a false positive "trojan.banker-211" in the archive virtualbox.zip?

You should verify it is a false positive by doing a scan of the file on Jotti or VirusTotal. If no more than a couple of AVs there (besides Clam) find an infection, it probably is a false positive. Then upload the file to Clam at https://www.clamav.net/sendvirus/ on the web. Indicate that it is a false positive, and tell them the name of the virus that is falsely detected. They will adjust the signature for both Clam and ClamWin. That's the only way to correct a false posirtive.
