A friend of mine used ClamWin to get rid of some viruses and now he gets a BSOD upon trying to boot Windows (XP). Safe mode is no go either. He said he deleted the 'bad' files instead of quarantining them. I now have to head over to fix his PC and from reading this forum, it seems like ClamWin might have deleted a vital windows file (false positive). So, I need to figure out what files these were.
Does ClamWin automatically keep a log file of what it did? Where?
I guess I can also just install ClamWin on my computer and see. I think I'll actually do that now.
