Integrated program command to scan help

Hey man whats up alch, got yet another question this one pertaining to a program that has the option to enable a virus scanner to scan file after it has completed. I tried just putting the thing onto clamwin.exe but it just opens the program at bottem it says command line what should I put there to make recently done file be scanned by clamwin?

look here for more info:

replace "%d" in the path with whatever the program has a variable for the filename
