Setup.exe won't install all files.

When I try to install Clamwin the following files will not install... python23.dll, wxc.pyd, wxmsw24h.dll, and the uninstaller. Without those files Clamwin won't install. I deleted the .exe and re-downloaded it with the same result. Any ideas on what the problem is here?
