export settings to another computer

Is it possible to export the settings from computer A and then import them to computer B?

copy "%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\.clamwin\ClamWin.conf" from one computer to another. The path given is for Vista, for XP replace "AppData\Roaming" with "Application Data"
